主讲人简介：高祥，男，北京外国语学院英语专业文学学士；中国政法大学民商法专业法学硕士；澳大利亚新南威尔士大学商法公司法专业法学硕士、国际金融法专业法学博士。现任中国政法大学比较法学研究院院长、教授、博士生导师，国际银行法律与实务研究中心主任，澳大利亚法律研究中心主任，《比较法研究》主编。
兼任北京市海淀区人大代表，北京市法学会比较法学研究会会长，亚洲比较法学会行政理事会秘书长，中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会仲裁员，中国法学会银行法研究会常务理事，中国法学期刊研究会常务理事，中国投资协会投资咨询专业委员会理事会常务理事，ICC China国际结算专家顾问小组成员,美国《约翰梅森大学366net必赢官网国际商法杂志》编辑委员会顾问，澳大利亚法学会国际法委员会中国核心小组成员，美国国际银行法律与实务研究所信用证法律与实务专家组成员、法律顾问委员会委员，联合国国际贸易法委员会《联合国独立担保与备用信用证公约》研究专家组成员、反商业欺诈专家组成员；曾任澳大利亚堪培拉大学366net必赢官网高级讲师，中华人民共和国最高人民法院法官、河北省秦皇岛市中级人民法院副院长（挂职）、美国耶鲁大学访问学者。
研究领域：国际金融法，国际贸易法，公司法，比较法；在法学国际著名法学杂志上发表一系列英文论文，其中三篇被节录编入英美教材，三篇被译为波斯文。
