On Nov.2nd and 3rd, the seminar of Jiangsu Administrative Jurisprudence was held in Jianhu county, Yancheng city. The symposium invited so many experts and scholars, such as Prof. Xing Hongfei, the assistant principal of Hohai University. Prof.Zhou Youyong, the vice president of Southeast University. etc.
This seminar focus on 3topics. The first is the modification of administrative penalty. The second is the legal issues of administrative agreement. The third is the research of administrative public lawsuit.
During the seminar, scholars exchanged their views friendly. They talked about improving administrative reconsideration institutions and the disclosure of government information. At the end of the seminar, Prof.Xing Hongfei made comments and suggestions.
