In December 28, 2017, the eighth Award ceremony of Ying Songnian administrative law scholarship were held in China University of Political Science and Law. Doctoral student Meng Xingyu and master Li Leqi won the scholarship Beijing Administrative law.
Ying Songnian administrative law fund is determined by the Chinese famous jurist Mr. Ying Songnian and many colleagues, it aims atestablishing scholarships to reward the outstanding administrative law graduate, promote academic development,and promote the construction of China's administrative law.
