Stanford University Law School China’s Guiding Case Project held China’s Case Guidance System and Belt & Road Initiative: Practical Insights and Prospects International Symposium at Stanford Center of Peking University, inviting more than 150 judges, lawyers scholars and students to attend. Associate Professor Yi Bo was invited to participate in this international symposium. Associate Professor Yi Bo made the speech on issues about mutual recognition and enforcement of judgments by Chinese and US courts.
