The exploration and development seminar on procuratorial supervision in the new era is held in zhenjiang, jiangsu province, sept 20, 2018. More than 70 judicial workers and experts and scholars attended the seminar. The meeting is divided into four topics: 1.The function orientation of procuratorial supervision.2.Exercise of procuratorial authority. 3.Public interest litigation function of procuratorial organs. 4.Research on administrative procuratorial supervision system.
In the discussion of the topic one, Professor Ouyang Benedict talked about his own views on issues such as “investigation supervision”,“criminal enforcement supervision” and “procedural supervision and punishment of criminal enforcement of property rights”, and he proposed to innovate the judicial concept. Professor Yin Ji presided over the seminar on the fourth topic and gave a wonderful comment on the speech of each speaker.
