According to the notice of the general office of the Ministry of education on continuing to carry out the second bachelor's degree education in Colleges and universities (Jiao Gao Ting Han [2020] No. 7), the Law School of Southeast University actively organized and participated in the centralized filing of the second bachelor's degree in 2020, and the applied second bachelor's degree of law was officially filed by the Ministry of education. Since then, those who have obtained other first degrees can obtain a second bachelor's degree in law from the Law School of Southeast University, which has been recognized by the Ministry of education.
In recent years, law schools have made remarkable achievements in the construction of undergraduate disciplines. In December 2019, law major of Law School of Southeast University, as one of the 20 selected specialties of Southeast University, was successfully selected into the first batch of national first-class undergraduate specialty construction points, and continuously improved undergraduate talent training based on the double ten thousand plan of first-class undergraduate construction. The record of the second bachelor's degree of law is a further breakthrough in the previous undergraduate construction achievements, and an important milestone in the construction goal of cultivating high-level, high-quality, compound and practical high-level legal talents with modern concept of rule of law.
